Position Overview:
As an Agriculture Drone Pilot, you will be responsible for operating drones to monitor and manage agricultural fields. This includes tasks such as crop scouting, mapping, spraying, and data collection. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing crop yields and improving overall farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate drones to perform various agricultural tasks including crop monitoring, spraying, and data collection.
Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure drone equipment is in proper working order.
Collect and analyze aerial data to provide actionable insights for crop management.
Collaborate with agronomists and farm managers to implement precision agriculture practices.
Maintain accurate records of flight operations and data collected.




Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Valid drone pilot license/certification
Proven experience in operating drones, preferably in an agricultural setting.
Strong understanding of agricultural practices and precision farming techniques.
Proficient in using drone software and data analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in agriculture, agronomy, environmental science, or Any field.
Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and remote sensing technology.
Knowledge of crop management and pest control strategies.
