About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Creator to run our social media presence end-to-end — planning content, shooting and editing videos, posting consistently, and tracking what performs. You'll take an idea from concept to published post. Freshers and self-taught creators with a solid portfolio are welcome to apply — we care about your work, not your degree.

What You'll Do
Plan and manage a content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Shoot and edit short-form videos — Reels, Shorts, promotional content
Write captions, hooks, and basic copy for posts
Post consistently and track engagement, reach, and follower growth
Suggest content ideas based on what's performing well
Support basic social media promotions/boosted posts as needed

What You Need
Hands-on video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar)
Comfortable shooting content solo — phone or DSLR




Basic understanding of social media platforms and what content works where
A reel, Instagram/YouTube channel, or sample work — this matters more than a certificate

Good to Have
Experience running Instagram/Facebook pages for a brand or personal project
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or boosted posts
Familiarity with trending Reels/Shorts formats
Basic colour grading, sound design, or graphic design skills

What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on skill and portfolio strength
