We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager for the Mainline/OTC Division of a leading organization engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of Ayurvedic medicines, Herbal OTC products, FMCG and Wellness products.
Job Responsibilities:-
Manage and develop sales across the assigned territory, including Karnal, Gurgaon, Faridabad and nearby towns.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management.
Handle and develop a strong network of stockists, distributors and retailers.
Manage and guide the frontline sales team to achieve business objectives.
Train, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Develop robust relationships with distributors, stockists and key market partners.
Ensure product availability and effective market coverage across the territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.
Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities effectively.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Candidate Requirements:-
Graduate from a recognized university.
5–8 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG, Ayurvedic, Herbal OTC, Wellness or related industries.
Experience in frontline sales supervision / territory management.
Robust experience in stockist and distributor handling.
Prior experience in sales team handling, training and motivation.
Good knowledge of Karnal / Gurgaon / Faridabad and surrounding markets.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven.
Comfortable working with basic computer applications and sales reporting.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:-
CTC: ₹4.20 – ₹6.00 LPA
TA/DA as per company policy
