Step 4: Resume Screening

Step 5: Initial Screening Call

Step 6: Schedule Interviews

Step 7: Collect Interview Feedback
Obtain feedback within 24 hours.
Record results in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Update candidate status.

Step 8: Offer Management
Discuss compensation.
Obtain internal approvals.
Release offer letter.
Follow up until acceptance.

Step 9: Pre-Joining Follow-up

Maintain regular contact with selected candidates.
Confirm joining date.
Share onboarding instructions.
Address candidate queries.
Monitor potential dropouts.

Step 10: Onboarding Handover

Share the following with HR:
Candidate documents
Offer acceptance
Joining confirmation
Background verification details (if applicable)
