Job Role:
Candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance and repair activities of buses at Karnavati Workshop, with preference for candidates having hands-on experience in Volvo bus maintenance. The role includes monitoring repair work, guiding technicians, ensuring timely vehicle readiness, and maintaining proper maintenance records.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise repair and maintenance work of buses.
Give technical guidance to mechanics and technicians.
Monitor preventive maintenance and running repair activities.
Identify repeated defects and support corrective action.
Ensure timely availability of vehicles after maintenance.
Maintain job cards, maintenance history, and daily reports.
Coordinate with stores and operations teams for parts and vehicle readiness.
