Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
Solid knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
Experience in implementing data quality and data security frameworks.
Ability to develop and enforce policies related to data usage and compliance.
Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data governance initiatives.
Excellent analytical skills to assess data risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Databricks, Collibra, Alation, Unity catalogue is required

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
