Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers and IT peripherals.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems.
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Work with routers, switches and wireless access points.
Configure VPNs and firewalls including Sophos and Fortinet.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies.
Handle server installation, configuration, patching and maintenance.
Work with VMware/Hyper-V and backup/disaster-recovery solutions.
Provide L2 support for escalated IT issues.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
Perform network-security monitoring and related troubleshooting.
Key: Candidates should have experience specifically in the IT Hardware industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
