About the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Partnership Intern to join our team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships, Research, and Client Servicing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with people, have a solid interest in social media and creators, and be willing to learn about the influencer marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities -
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain a database of influencers, creators and talent profiles.
Analyse creator profiles based on niche, content quality, audience, engagement and campaign suitability.
Reach out to influencers and creators for potential collaborations and partnerships.
Assist in creator onboarding and maintaining long-term relationships with talent.
Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines and updates. - Assist the team in shortlisting creators based on client and campaign requirements.




Support the Client Servicing team with creator coordination and campaign-related activities.
Conduct market, competitor and social media research to identify new creators and trends.
Track campaign updates, creator responses and deliverables using Google Sheets/Excel.
Assist in preparing campaign reports, presentations and other internal documents.
