Position Overview

Healing Hands Clinic is looking for an experienced and responsible Canteen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic canteen. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining hygiene and food quality standards, managing staff, controlling inventory, and providing a pleasant dining experience for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of the canteen.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
Supervise canteen staff and manage their duties and schedules.
Monitor food preparation, serving, and overall service quality.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of food supplies.
Control food wastage and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
Maintain records of stock, purchases, expenses, and daily operations.
Ensure the canteen follows all hygiene and food safety standards.




Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Maintain discipline and a positive working environment among the canteen staff.
Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Canteen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, or similar role.
Positive knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage inventory, vendors, and daily operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a healthcare and professional environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
