BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – MANJERIJob Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Manjeri team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling students and parents, converting enquiries into admissions, and achieving individual and branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and other communication channels.
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in CRM.
Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with the Academic and Sales teams.




Maintain solid relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Freshers can apply.
1–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or EdTech is an advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong Malayalam communication with good English proficiency.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic CRM/computer knowledge preferred.
