CUKNUK is hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our Pune office.

This is a desk-based sales role focused on calling new and existing customers, generating orders, customer follow-ups, and repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Call current leads and introduce CUKNUK frozen food products.
Call existing customers and generate repeat orders.
Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations and previous discussions.
Take orders through phone and WhatsApp.
Inform customers about current products, offers and pricing.
Reactivate old/inactive customers.
Maintain regular customer follow-ups and relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.
Maintain daily calling and sales activity records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Marathi,



Hindi and English communication preferred.
Basic computer, WhatsApp and Excel knowledge.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Positive and target-oriented attitude.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous telecalling/telesales/FMCG/food sales experience will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Location: Pune
No regular field sales work.
