Job Description – Financial Advisor (Telesales)

Position: Insurance & Mutual Fund Executive – Telesales
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Noida Sector 18
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Explain product features, benefits, terms, and processes clearly to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer/lead information in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and policy/investment processing.
Ensure proper customer handling and adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain daily call, lead, and sales reports.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.




1–3 years of experience in telesales, insurance, mutual funds, banking, BFSI, or financial services.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

Preferred
Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Mutual Fund telesales will be preferred.
Candidates with proven sales achievements and strong conversion skills will be given preference.
