Job Summary

The Assistant Team Leader will support the Team Leader in managing day-to-day Delivery Centre operations, supervising Field Executives, monitoring productivity, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. Current Delhivery ATL postings commonly include shipment operations, team handling, attendance, KPI monitoring, reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Team Leader in managing daily delivery centre operations.
Supervise and coordinate Field Executives, loaders, and other operational staff.
Allocate routes, shipments, and daily tasks to team members.
Monitor Field Executive attendance, productivity, and performance.
Ensure timely delivery, pickup, dispatch, and shipment processing.
Track operational KPIs such as TAT, delivery success rate, productivity, and SLA adherence.
Handle NDR, delivery exceptions, customer complaints, and operational escalations.




Monitor shipment count, scanning, reconciliation, and shipment safety.
Support COD collection reconciliation and inventory/shipments accuracy where applicable.
Prepare daily reports, MIS, and operational updates.
Conduct shift briefings and provide guidance/training to team members.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, security, and quality standards.
Take responsibility for the team/operations in the Team Leader's absence when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
