Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing & Finance Executives to drive B2B customer acquisition in the FMCG and HoReCa sectors. The role involves identifying potential businesses, understanding their working capital requirements, and assisting them in accessing suitable working capital loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential B2B customers in the FMCG and HoReCa sectors.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Understand customers' business operations, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
Introduce suitable working capital loan solutions to eligible businesses.
Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners for smooth processing and follow-up.




Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline and customer database.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, loan applications, and customer acquisition.

Who Can Apply?

Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
