Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven sales manager with robust experience in the Renewable Energy / Solar / EPC industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and market research.
Identify potential customers and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to Purchase Order (PO).
Conduct commercial negotiations with clients and ensure favourable business terms.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, invoicing, and project handover.
Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding receivables.
Maintain regular sales pipeline and provide updates on business opportunities.




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the Renewable Energy / Solar / EPC industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Strong knowledge of techno-commercial offer preparation, costing, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Experience in PO processing, invoicing, payment follow-up, and order management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
