Edize EdTech is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students, parents, and prospective customers and promoting our educational programs and services.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding Edize educational programs.
Explain courses, programs, fees, and benefits clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert enquiries and leads into enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Respond to queries professionally and build valuable relationships with parents and students.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams when required.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince, negotiate, and handle customer queries.
Previous telecalling, sales, or educational counselling experience will be an advantage.
