Job Overview:
We are hiring Factory Helpers to support daily operations in our FMCG/Ayurvedic manufacturing unit. Candidates should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work in a production setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in production and packaging activities
Handle raw materials and finished goods
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory
Support machine operators and supervisors
Follow safety and quality guidelines
Load and unload materials when required
Requirements:
Freshers and experienced both can apply
Basic understanding of factory work (FMCG/Ayurvedic preferred)
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Discipline and teamwork skills
Qualification:
Minimum 8th / 10th pass
Salary:
As per company standards
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
