We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage trainee placements under Sponsored Mandates. The candidate must have hands-on experience in skill development projects and robust employer engagement capabilities to achieve placement and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Industry Engagement & Employer Relations

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with employers across sectors
Generate placement prospects aligned with sponsored mandate targets
Organize job drives, campus interviews, and employer engagement activitie
Placement Coordination

Execute end-to-end placement process for each training batch
Schedule interviews and ensure candidate readiness
Maintain updated recruiter database and ensure timely follow-ups
Candidate Preparation & Counseling

Conduct pre-placement orientation sessions
Guide candidates on job roles, industry expectations, relocation & shifts




Support resume building and interview preparation
Documentation & MIS Reporting

Maintain placement tracker, o er letters, joining reports & salary slips
Ensure real-time MIS/portal updates as per project requirements
Track 90/180-day retention and submit periodic reports
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure achievement of sponsored mandate KPIs
Maintain audit-ready documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for placement-linked delivery

Required Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing preferred)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Skill Development / Sponsored Projects
Solid corporate networking and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
