Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Printing Machine Operator to manage and run our Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4065. The ideal candidate has direct, hands-on experience operating production digital presses, managing print queues, handling media alignment, and performing routine color calibration and maintenance. You will ensure high-quality color accuracy, quick turnover, and minimal waste across various print jobs.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate the Konica Minolta AccurioPress C4065 for high-volume color digital print production.
Manage pre-press print queues, check files for resolution, bleed, trim marks, and color profiles (CMYK) using Fiery / Konica print controllers.
Load, configure, and manage diverse media stocks (coated, uncoated, heavy cardstock, envelopes, textured media).
Perform daily color calibrations, registration setups, alignment adjustments, and quality assurance checks to maintain tight color consistency.
Execute basic post-press and finishing tasks as needed (cutting, folding, binding, creasing, trimming).




Perform routine daily/weekly operator maintenance on the press and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues or paper jams.
Monitor consumable levels (toners, drums, waste toner boxes) and communicate inventory needs to management.
Inspect finished printed materials to ensure they meet exact customer quality standards and job specs.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating digital production presses (direct experience on the Konica Minolta AccurioPress series like C4065, C3070, or C4070 is highly preferred).
Software/RIP Knowledge: Experience with Fiery Command WorkStation or Konica Minolta controller software.
Pre-press Familiarity: Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PDF print readiness is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for color accuracy, registration alignment, and finishing quality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
