We require well educated and dedicated candidates for real estate project sales in Chandigarh and Recent Chandigarh offices. Candidate should have very valuable communication skills. Having project knowledge of New Chandigarh projects will be an added advantage.
Roles and responsibilities:
Follow up prospective customers through calls, emails and visits.
Showcase various projects to customers
Quickly learn about all features of the various projects and suggesting best fit projects to customers
Have pro active approach towards closing sales
Systematically and effectively manage enquiries and follow ups.
Negotiate and close deals with clients independently.
Only candidate already working in Chandigarh/Recent Chandigarh/Mohali region may apply.
Incentives best in industry.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
