Technical Support & AI Automation Executive

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented skilled who can handle technical support, AI automations, workflow improvements, and development-related requirements across the company.

Key Responsibilities
Handle technical issues across systems, tools, devices, and internal applications.
Identify repetitive processes and implement practical automations.
Build and maintain AI/workflow automations.
Support integrations, scripting, system improvements, and development requirements.
Troubleshoot CRM, helpdesk, e-commerce, and other business systems.
Coordinate with external developers/vendors where required.
Research and implement new AI and technology solutions that improve efficiency.
Work with different departments to understand technical challenges and develop scalable solutions.

Skills Required
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.




Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools.
Valuable knowledge of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow automation.
Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script preferred.
Understanding of SaaS, CRM, e-commerce, and cloud-based systems.
Strong ownership, research, and independent problem-solving skills.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
