We are looking for a Hindi-speaking Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with SpeakBill billing software.
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries.
Help customers use SpeakBill and understand its features.
Guide customers with billing, invoices and basic software issues.
Follow up with customers and resolve their queries.
Escalate technical issues to the concerned team.
Requirements
Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Customer support or telecalling experience is an advantage.
