Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Handle manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Manage employee engagement, performance management, and retention activities.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Ensure proper joining formalities, documentation, and exit procedures.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support training, development, and performance appraisal activities.
