Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic English Language Trainer to help students improve their spoken and written English skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive English language training sessions.
Improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Conduct grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication classes.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and classroom activities.
Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
Motivate students to build confidence in spoken English.
Maintain attendance and academic records.
Support students in achieving their academic and career goals.
Participate in academic meetings and training programs.

Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree in English or any relevant discipline.
Certification in English Language Training is an added advantage.
1–2 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
