Key Responsibilities:

-Generate recent customers and business through field sales.

-Promote and sell gold loan/financial products.

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

-Handle leads, follow-ups, and customer acquisition.

-Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

-Develop and manage local market relationships and business channels.

-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.

Requirements:

-1–3 years of experience in gold loan, banking, NBFC, Insurance and Credit Cards preferred.

-Positive communication and convincing skills.

-Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.

-Must have the ability to travel within the assigned area.

-Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
