Akshu Career, a fast-growing startup consultancy, is hiring an HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT domains for our client requirements.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and Non-IT job openings
Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage applications
Conduct initial telephonic/HR rounds to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve individual and team hiring targets within given timelines
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide regular updates
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with prior recruitment experience can apply
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and job portals preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven startup environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent
