Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, contact prospective customers, promote real estate projects, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
Explain real estate projects, locations, prices, amenities, and offers to customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales Executive regarding customer appointments and site visits.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Update customer information in CRM/software or company records.
Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Participate in promotional campaigns and other marketing activities as required.

Skills & Qualifications




12th / Diploma / Any Degree preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Valuable Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Previous experience in real estate telemarketing or sales is an advantage.

Number of calls made.
Qualified leads generated.
Site visits scheduled.
Follow-up conversion rate.
Sales conversion and monthly targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
