Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily nursing operations.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor patient care and ensure adherence to hospital policies and nursing protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Ensure proper documentation, medication safety, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Monitor staff discipline, attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
Handle nursing-related issues and provide guidance and support to the team.
Participate in quality improvement and hospital accreditation activities.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and work in a hospital environment.
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
