We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who can handle student placements while also enhancing their communication and employability skills. This dual-role position requires strong industry connections, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for student development.

Placement Coordination
Build and maintain solid relationships with companies and recruiters
Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, and job fairs
Identify recent placement opportunities and tie-ups with organizations
Track student placement progress and maintain placement records
Prepare students for interviews through mock sessions and guidance
Ensure maximum placement conversion rates

Communication Training
Deliver training sessions on communication, and soft skills
Conduct workshops on interview skills,



resume building, and presentation skills
Improve students’ confidence, body language, and qualified etiquette
Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback

Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
6month and above experience in placement coordination / HR / training is an advantage
MALAYALAM NATIVE SPEAKER

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per month
