United Foods is looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of bakery products and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare breads, cakes, cookies and other bakery products.
Follow standard recipes and maintain product quality.
Prepare and manage ingredients required for daily production.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and bakery area.
Monitor baking time, temperature and product quality.
Maintain proper storage of raw materials and finished products.
Assist in developing current bakery products and recipes.
Work efficiently as part of the production team.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Baker or Bakery Chef is preferred.
Knowledge of bakery equipment and baking techniques.
Ability to prepare different bakery products.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Passion for baking and attention to detail.
