Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart – mandatory experience.
Create, manage, and optimize product listings/catalogues.
Plan, run, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart Ads.
Handle order processing and auto-processing operations.
Manage operations through Univer System (Centralized E-Commerce Management System).
Handle customer cases, tickets, complaints, returns, refunds & replacements.
Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, and marketplace account health.
Prepare basic sales, order, inventory & advertising reports.
Experience with Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify or other marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of hands-on E-Commerce experience.
Robust working knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart.
Valuable understanding of listing, advertising, order processing & case handling.
Knowledge of Univer System preferred.
Positive communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
