Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
Check materials, measurements, and workmanship at the site.
Coordinate with Civil Engineer, Architect, Contractor, and Project Manager.
Maintain daily site reports and track work progress.
Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
Follow safety procedures and site regulations.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.




Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings and layouts.
Valuable labour and contractor management skills.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in office and manage multiple activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
