NICU Staff Nurse – Job Description
Provide specialized nursing care to newborns, including premature and critically ill babies.
Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, feeding, and overall condition.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during procedures and neonatal emergencies.
Manage and monitor incubators, ventilators, CPAP, and other NICU equipment.
Maintain accurate nursing records and follow infection-control protocols.
Educate and support parents regarding newborn care.
Work effectively in rotational shifts.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: NICU/Neonatal/Pediatric ICU experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
