SOP Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and security across the facility or delivery center.
Issue Resolution: Handle client and delivery escalations and identify root causes for recurring operational gaps.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Any graduation degree or a relevant background in logistics, supply chain, or commerce.
