Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems and dSPACE settings for testing various automotive ECUs.
Identify and implement automation opportunities within the testing process.
Utilize CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and Jira to enhance and streamline test workflows.
Cascade test specifications from system-level to component-level and deliver test plans and designs accordingly.
Required Skill Set:
Experience in the Automotive/Transportation domain, preferably in Body and Powertrain systems.
Hands-on experience with HIL systems such as dSPACE, NI, Vector VT, etc.
Solid scripting skills in CAPL and Python.
Expertise in System Integration Testing and System Qualification Testing.
Proficiency with automotive communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, OBD, NM.
Familiarity with ASPICE, quality management processes, and Functional Safety for testing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
