Job description

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing event operations, teams, vendors, logistics, budgets, social media activities, and on-ground execution to ensure the successful delivery of every event.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and smooth execution of events from start to finish.
Manage and coordinate event teams, staff, freelancers, and vendors.
Control event budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
Handle logistics, including venue setup, transportation, equipment, materials, and staffing.
Coordinate with clients to understand and deliver their event requirements.




Prepare and manage event plans, timelines, and run sheets.
Ensure smooth on-ground operations and resolve issues during events.
Manage social media activities, including content planning, posting, event promotions, and coordinating with the creative team.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Improve operational processes and ensure compliance with required regulations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
