Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations: Meet with couples to discuss their vision, color palettes, themes, and budgets.
Design & Mood Boards: Create floral design proposals, sketches, or mood boards using tools like Canva or Adobe.
Sourcing & Procurement: Order fresh flowers, greenery, and supplies from wholesalers based on seasonality and availability.
Arrangement Preparation: Build bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, pathway markers, and large installations (e.g., arches, hanging chandeliers).
Venue Setup & Breakdown: Transport arrangements to the venue, set up displays securely, and handle teardown after the event.
Flower Care: Ensure all live botanical elements stay hydrated, fresh, and pristine throughout the wedding day
