Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee our manufacturing facility's infrastructure, manage plant expansions, and design heavy-duty structural foundations for our specialized production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of factory floors, warehouses, and administrative facilities.
Engineer specialized structural foundations capable of withstanding heavy vibrations from cold-heading presses, thread-rolling machines, and heat-treatment furnaces.
Conduct regular structural audits of manufacturing units, storage racking systems, and overhead material handling equipment.
Ensure all construction and facility operations comply with local building codes, and environmental regulations.
Manage civil contractors, oversee material procurement, track project timelines, and maintain strict budgetary control.




Collaborate with production and plant engineering teams to optimize shop-floor layouts and streamline internal material flow.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
5 to 7 years of proven experience handling civil infrastructure projects within an industrial or heavy manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in structural design, geotechnical assessment, and energetic foundation analysis.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or Revit.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and vendor-negotiation skills.
