We are hiring a creative Graphic Designer for a reputed school in Hennur, Bangalore. The role involves creating visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, school events, and digital communication.

Robust hands-on Motion Graphics experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Create designs for social media, website, marketing campaigns, events, and school communications
Design posts, banners, posters, presentations, and promotional creatives
Create motion graphics, animated creatives, reels, and short-form videos
Develop visual concepts aligned with the school's brand
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on campaigns
Adapt designs for different digital platforms and formats
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors when required
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field
2–4 years of Graphic Design experience




Motion Graphics experience is mandatory
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives
Solid understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual composition
Good creative thinking and attention to detail
Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion graphics work

Preferred
Experience in a school, education, EdTech, or marketing environment
Experience creating reels, animated graphics, promotional videos, and campaign content
Knowledge of Canva is an advantage

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
