We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. Candidates from a Finance/Commerce background are also welcome, provided they have a strong interest in building their career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Assist with employee documentation and HR records.
Support payroll-related data and salary calculations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and Excel sheets.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Support employee engagement and internal HR activities.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Fresher with a Finance/Commerce or HR background can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn HR processes and work in a quick-paced workplace.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
