We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Associate to support the Sales team by preparing reports, maintaining sales data, and providing insights for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain and update sales databases.
Track sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
Analyze sales data and generate management reports.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
Create dashboards using Excel and reporting tools.
Provide ad-hoc reports and business insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, sales reporting, or data analysis.
Solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts).
Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Power BI or SAP/ERP is an added advantage.
