Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
Communicate effectively with international customers.
Provide accurate information and maintain customer records.
Follow company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility:
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice, BPO, or Customer Service.
Valuable English communication and basic computer skills.
Willingness to work night shifts.

Salary:
Up to ₹4.15 LPA
Up to ₹26,000 in-hand per month + incentives.
Hike of up to 30% over last drawn salary, subject to eligibility and maximum offer.

Work Schedule:
5 working days
2 rotational week offs
Night shift
Both-way cab facility available, subject to company terms.
