Job Overview

We are looking for a B2B Customer Handling Executive to manage existing B2B customers, drive repeat orders, handle customer queries, coordinate order fulfilment, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly connect with B2B customers to understand requirements and generate repeat orders.
Follow up with customers after sales and delivery to collect feedback and resolve basic concerns.
Coordinate with customers regarding pending payments and ensure timely collection.
Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers and identify additional sales prospects.




Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records of customer calls, orders, feedback, and payment status in CRM/Excel.
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.

Key Skills & Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic sales and negotiation ability.
Valuable relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Prior experience in B2B customer handling, sales, or telecalling will be preferred.
