Position: Field Sales Officer

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate current B2B leads and acquire industrial customers.
Visit industries, EPC contractors, electrical consultants & dealers.
Identify transformer/electrical product requirements and project opportunities.
Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiation and order closure.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical preferred.
1–4 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales.
Experience in transformers, switchgear,



panels, cables or electrical products preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with good lead-generation and follow-up abilities.
Willing to travel; two-wheeler & valid driving licence mandatory.
Gujarati, Hindi & English communication preferred.

Pay: ₹10,819.57 - ₹31,192.20 per month
