Arsalan Hospital is looking for a qualified and experienced Operation Theatre Technician to assist the surgical team and ensure the secure functioning of the OT.

Responsibilities
Prepare the operation theatre before procedures
Arrange, sterilise and maintain surgical instruments
Assist surgeons, anaesthetists and nursing staff during procedures
Prepare and check OT equipment, monitors and supplies
Follow infection-control and biomedical-waste protocols
Maintain OT, sterilisation and inventory records
Assist in shifting and positioning patients safely
Ensure the OT is cleaned and ready after every procedure
Respond promptly during emergency procedures

Requirements
Diploma/BSc in Operation Theatre Technology or a relevant recognised qualification
Minimum 1–2 years of OT experience in a hospital
Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilisation and OT protocols
Experience assisting in gynaecological and obstetric procedures will be preferred
Comfortable with rotational, night and emergency duties
Alert, responsible and able to work effectively under pressure

Prior hospital OT experience is mandatory.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
