Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-driven Loan Executive to support our Loans vertical. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in securing home loans, coordinating with banking partners, and ensuring a seamless loan processing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in understanding and selecting suitable home loan products.
Coordinate with banks, , and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.
Manage end-to-end loan documentation and application processing.
Follow up with customers and banking partners to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain strong relationships with branch managers and loan officers across partner banks.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation compliance as per regulatory and company standards.




Work closely with the sales team to integrate loan solutions into the customer journey.
Track and report daily progress on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Skills Required
Experience: 2–3 years in home loans / mortgage / financial services.
Good understanding of home loan products, processes, and eligibility criteria.
Existing relationships with banks and financial institutions (preferred).
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM tools.

Qualifications
Graduate in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related fieldMBA (Finance) or BBA preferred
