Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Executive to oversee end-to-end logistics, warehouse operations, and vendor management. In this role, you will hold primary approval authority across critical supply chain documentation—including Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, GRNs, Shipments, and Purchase Bills. You will also lead rate negotiations with transport vendors and coordinate daily warehouse and labour operations to drive cost efficiency and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Document Approvals & Audit

o Review and approve Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO), ensuring accuracy in quantity & rate, other terms and conditions.

o Audit and approve Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) against physical receipts and supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies.

o Validate and approve outbound/inbound Shipment Requests and final Purchase Bills prior to finance clearance.

· Commercial Negotiation & Cost Control

o Negotiate freight charges and service contracts with transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL(3rd party logistics) partners.

o Finalize competitive rates for warehouse coordination, loading, unloading, and local handling charges.





o Continuously benchmark logistics expenses to identify cost-saving prospects without compromising delivery SLAs.

· Warehouse & Logistics Operations

o Serve as the main liaison between internal teams (Procurement, Sales, Finance) and external warehouse/transport partners.

o Supervise daily dispatch, receiving schedules, and labour allocation for loading/unloading operations.

o Monitor carrier performance, turnaround times, and transit compliance.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

· Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on experience in core logistics, freight management, and warehouse coordination.

· Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in ERP systems for PO, SO, GRN, and billing modules; advanced Excel skills.

· Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of freight rate structures, labour charge norms, customs/shipping documentation, and invoice matching protocols.

· Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional communication abilities.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
