BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – HOSPITALS & INSTITUTIONS

POSITION PURPOSE

To drive business growth across VTrust Hospitals and Institutions by increasing patient footfall, surgeries and procedures, institutional admissions, outreach activities, and the effectiveness of offline and online marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement business development strategies for Hospitals and Institutions.
Drive growth in patient footfall, surgeries, procedures and institutional admissions.
Plan, coordinate and monitor medical camps, screening programs and community outreach activities.
Develop and strengthen referral networks with doctors, clinics, institutions and corporate organizations.
Plan and monitor offline marketing activities, including camps, campaigns, outreach programs and branding initiatives.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team and external agencies for online marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation and conversion.
Monitor leads, enquiries, appointments, admissions and conversion rates.
Identify recent markets, services,



procedures and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and institutional relationships.
Set monthly business development targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
Analyse branch-wise, campaign-wise and channel-wise performance.
Coordinate with Clinical, Hospital Operations, Academic and Marketing teams for effective execution.
Prepare and submit monthly Business Development MIS and performance reports to Management.
Recommend corrective actions and current initiatives to improve business performance and revenue.

QUALIFICATION

MBA / PG in Marketing, Business Development, Healthcare Management or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred: Experience in Healthcare Business Development, Hospital Marketing, Education/Institutional Marketing or Multi-branch Organizations.

Pay: ₹18,094.83 - ₹38,437.30 per month
