Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage and maintain company materials, equipment, tools, and inventory at the store/site. The candidate will ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
Maintain proper records of material inward and outward movements.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
Issue materials to project/site teams as per approved requirements.
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Stock Registers, and other store documents.
Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for material replenishment.




Ensure proper handling and storage of electrical materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
Identify damaged, excess, obsolete, or shortage materials and report them to management.
Coordinate with project, procurement, accounts, and logistics teams regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control systems.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience with ERP/software-based inventory systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
