Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor end-to-end jewellery production activities.
Plan daily and monthly production targets as per order requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with PPC, CAD, Casting, Filing, Setting, Polishing, QC, Store, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure timely completion of production orders while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, wastage, rejection, and rework.
Ensure proper movement and utilization of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other production materials.
Monitor departmental performance and take corrective action for production delays.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, production processes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Prepare and review daily production reports, MIS, and performance data.
Control production costs and minimize material and process losses.
Lead and motivate supervisors and production teams to achieve targets.
Ensure coordination between production and quality teams for timely resolution of issues.
Support continuous improvement, 5S, Lean,



and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Report production performance, challenges, and requirements to senior management.

Candidate Profile:
8–12 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, with relevant experience in a production management role.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end jewellery manufacturing processes.
Positive understanding of gold, diamond, gemstone, stone setting, casting, filing, polishing, and finishing processes.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Jewels software, and production MIS.
Result-oriented with a strong focus on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity.
